Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items are shipped via tracked courier unless otherwise stated.

Payment
Payment is processed at the time of shipment.

Backorder Items
You will be notified of any backordered items, and the remainder of your order will continue to ship unless otherwise directed.
Once an item is back in stock, it will ship out immediately free of charge. All backordered items will be invoiced at time of original purchase order.

Product Specifications
All our products are made in the UK and Sweden, using local vendors whenever possible. Our paper and wood products are sourced from FSC certified forests and have been harvested in a sustainable manner.

Returns
Returns and exchanges must be made and postmarked within 5 days of receiving your order. All products must be unused and in original packaging.
Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
